摘    要:针对当前产品结构树生成和更新中存在的数据重复录入问题,给出了产品结构化信息树的定义,能够表达产品任意零部件的产品结构及其关联文档数据,采取文档版本变化驱动产品结构树的版本变化的方法,建立了产品结构化信息树版本模型,提出了一套基于控制锁的版本控制规则,能够对产品结构化信息树的版本变化进行控制,避免了版本冗余。基于版本控制规则,论述了任意零部件文档签出或修订前后产品结构化信息树版本变化的求解方法。按照版本的不同,将项目所属文档按照产品结构树的版本分文件夹地保存在物理硬盘上,便于物理文档的维护和备份。最后通过企

Abstract:Aiming at repetitive data logging problems exiting in creating and updating of product structure tree, this paper proposed the concept of product structure information tree, which could express the data model of product structure and their associated documents for any parts. Using the method of documents version drives product structure tree version, built product structure information tree version model. Supported a set of rules which could control the version of product structure information tree based on version control lock. So avoided version redundancies. Based on version control rules, discussed the version changes of product structure information tree before and after any assembly document or part document it was checked out or revised. Stored the documents of project in different folders on physical hard disk according to the difference of product structure versions, which convenient the maintenance and backup of physical documents. At last presented an application of the regulation and method mentioned as a case in enterprise.
