基于草绘的机构识别及机构分析方法研究*

在概念设计阶段构造新型的支持创新过程的设计系统,对新产品的设计活动具有重要意义。在机械产品概念设计中将机构看成由图元构成的图形,提出一种面向概念设计的机构草图识别及分析方法,主要内容包括手绘草图输入及机构草图识别、机构方案运动分析。本文把手绘草图识别技术和机构运动相结合,通过对机构草图的识别以及机构的运动分析,实现在概念设计阶段对机构设计方案的评价分析。

Sketch for structure recognition and analysis

In the conceptual design stage, a new design system is constructed to support the innovation process, which is of great significance to the design of new products.This paper proposed considering mechanism constituted as the primitive graphics core issue on this problem, this paper proposed the concept that considering mechanism constituted as the primitive graphics used in the mechanical design concept sketches , and made a species organization sketch recognition methods for conceptual design. This paper included content data preprocessing of freehand sketch, figure recognition, graphic reconstruction, kinematic analysis. This paper combines the freehand sketches with kinematic recognition technology, analyzes the motion of the mechanism and recongnizes structure sketch, to realize the evaluation and analysis of sketches mechanism design scheme in the conceptual design.
