| 摘 要： | 在通过计算输入和输出的互相关函数得到特征空间的基础上，获取一种新的方法分析特征空间，从而判别电路有无故障。该方法提高了测试的效率和正确性，适用于内建自测试。

| Abstract: | Use a new technique to analyze the signature space, which is get from calculating the input-output cross-correlation function of the DUT( Device Under Testing) , to distinguish fault-free and faulty circuit. This method can improve efficiency and accuracy of the analog and mixed-signal circuits testing, have significant advantages for BIST implementations. |
