| 摘 要： | 基于分形图像编码算法的仿射参数，研究了值域块方差、比例因子s和均方误差之间的关系,分形图像编码的收敛特性和比例因子s的取值特点,在此基础上提出了特征值算法。实验证明该方法可显著减少编码时间，提高压缩比。

| Abstract: | Based on the affine parameter of the fractal image coding algorithm,the relations among range blocks covariance,contrast scaling s and MSE are discussed.An algorithm of characteristic value is given according to the study of the contraction characteristic of fractal image coding and the value of contrast scaling s.Experimental results show that the coding time is decreased obviously and the compression ratio is improved. |
