| Abstract: | E-learning and ontology is surveyed. The hierarchy model of the ontology-based E-learning system is proposed. The research is made on the application of ontology in E-learning, including the content ontology for describing the semantics of the learning materials, the context ontology for defining the learning context of the learning materials and the structure ontology for organizing the learning materials in learning course. |
