摘    要:针对当前农业资源管理决策系统中资源信息共享及对复杂用户权限的访问控制、角色分配、个性化定制等方面存在的不足,分析了portal和WebGIS技术的特点,探讨了基于portal、角色访问控制及WebGIS等技术的县域农业资源管理决策系统的体系结构、功能数据流程、系统角色控制实现及系统实现。该系统大大加强了系统的安全访问控制,实现了系统资源的快速整合利用。

Abstract:Aim at meeting the very need of information sharing, complex access authorization for kinds of user and system interface customization for individual user in the current agricultural resources management and decision support system at county scale, this paper firstly analyzed the portal and WebGIS techniques, then brought forward the architecture of the system, data flow of function, and the realization of system role for controlling system users, all these were supported by the portal, WebGIS and access authorization by role controlling. Results show that the system strengthened the safe interview control of the system consumedly, the fast integration that carried out the system resources make use of.
