摘    要:提出了一种基于粒子系统和Particle System API的景物模拟方法,并采用Line方式取代传统的Point方式渲染粒子,结合纹理映射方法实现了多种喷泉模拟。实验证明用该方法模拟喷泉效果比较真实,速度快,在普通微机上可以得到令人满意的效果。

Abstract:Hybrid rendering is a main technology for modeling and rendering of the forest.A valid method of hybrid rendering for forest scene now widely adopted is texture mapping technology which maps tree image to rectangles perpendicular to terrain surface.However,this method can't produce a high reality scene for using only one tree image which makes the tree's appea-(rance) looks the same from any view direction.To resolve this problem,a new method is proposed in this paper: generating the images real-time for the new viewpoints by 3D Warping with the given reference tree images.This method can generate the tree image with different shape for different viewpoint,consequently improve the scene's reality.At the same time,the sampling method and the algorithm for generating new image is also described detailedly.
