摘    要:设计了一种高清晰焊缝超声成像无损检测方法及检测系统。该系统基于超声无损检测原理和超分辨率图像处理方法,采用水浸聚焦探头对焊缝进行逐点扫描,对每一点的超声反射回波信号进行采样,组成焊缝截面的超声扫描图像,在通过微扫描成像技术获取多帧关于同一场景的互有位移的降质图像后,重建高分辨率高质量图像。设计的检测系统除了具有常规的扫描超声成像功能外,还具有超分辨率成像功能,可突破现有超声成像设备的分辨率限制,大大提高超声成像设备对焊缝中细微缺陷的识别能力,适合于一些需大规模、高质量生产的质量控制单位或制造领域的汽车、造船、集装箱等重要行业使用。

Abstract:This paper designed a kind of high-definition ultrasonic imaging weld NDT methods and detection system. Based on ultrasonic nondestructive testing theory and super-resolution image processing method, ultrasonic immersion focusing probe was used to point-to-point scanning for weld seam, and constituting ultrasonic scanning image of the weld sections after acquiring every point of the ultrasonic echo signal, then reconstructing high-quality or high-resolution images after acquiring the degraded image sequence with displacement through micro-scanning imaging technology. Therefore, the detection system proposed has the super-resolution imaging functions besides conventional ultrasonic imaging function, and it can break through the resolution limit of existing ultrasonic imaging, greatly enhances the recognition ability of ultrasonic imaging equipment for weld minor defects, and meets the needs of some large-scale, high-quality production quality control unit or the manufacture of automobile, shipbuilding, container and other important industries.
