摘    要:针对自动化立体仓库巷道堆垛机在复杂网络系统中的计算机监控技术进行了研究。以组态软件为工具,设计了实时监控软件系统,并实现了与通用数据库系统的数据接口。实现了现代生产物流系统管理层、控制层和执行层的数据共享。针对堆垛机行走机构高速停准的需求,采用半闭环控制方案完成对堆垛机运行控制方案设计。

Abstract:After analyzing the stacker in automated high-rise warehouse used in complex network system, a computer control model is put forward. The configuration software and PLC technique are adopted to realize the real-time monitoring for these typical equipments ,the data exchanging with the universal database and the data sharing in different layers of the modern logistic system. A kind of stacker control system that stacker confirms its site and adjustment velocity automatically was proposed and it is used to control the stacker walking mechanism of narrow-aisle stacker crane.
