| 摘 要： | 针对地方税务局业务电子化的迫切需要，以实际开发的一个税务局发票管理系统软件为例，探讨了解决这一需求的方案。并对该软件的设计过程进行了详细分析，从该系统的结构模型、数据库结构的确定到软件功能的设计与实现都进行了论述。
