| 摘 要： | 结合作者对短信平台的开发经验和实验．介绍了短信息的发送接收通过Internet网络实现的整个工作流程，以及根据移动联通公司相关（CMPP，SGIP）协议接口实现公共服务的中小型短信平台的设计思想、体系结构以及作者开发短信平台中所使用的具体方法和技术。并根据开发实验结果．体现了多模块独立设计思想下中小型短信平台开发的简易性和可扩展性。

| Abstract: | With the author's experience about the short message service platform, this article introduces the whole working course of the short message sending and receiving by Internet.Based on the CMPP and SGIP protocol, this article introduces the design idea, the architecture, the key technology and method of the medium public short message service platform by the authors.Based on the result of experiment, the platform's development become facile and expansible. |
