摘    要:随着城市车辆数目的急剧增长,车辆与路面的矛盾越来越突出,增加道路面积只是治标不治本。实践证明,合理地对城市交通信号灯进行控制,将高峰期和平峰期分开对待,设置合理的配时,对于改善交通流的质量,更好地利用现有运输能力,实现交通流的安全性、快速性和舒适性都能起到很大作用。文中根据城市道路的交通流量及饱和流量结合所提出的双周期算法对单交叉口设计出一种较优的配时方案(所有算法已编成应用软件),并在德国PTV公司的Vissim交通模拟仿真软件上测试,获得了不错的效果。

Abstract:With the rapid increase of the number of vehicles in the city,the contradiction of the vehicles and roads becomes more and more outstanding,increasing the area of roads is not an essential but a superficial method to resolve this problem.Practices have proved that reasonable controlling on traffic signal light in the city and separating the fastigium and normal period of traffic flux can play a significant role in improving the quality of traffic flux, taking more advantage of current transport ability,reducing the environment pollution,implementing the security,speediness and comfort of traffic flux.This paper puts forward a kind of fine time-distributing scheme about single crossroad according to the traffic flux and saturated flux of roads in the city and the double cycles algorithm advanced.All the algorithms have been turned to the application software.This scheme has been tested by means of the Vissim traffic simulated software of Company PTV in Germany,and the result of the test is very excellent.
