案例推理技术在企业资信评估中的应用

针对企业资信评估活动的特点，提出一套基于案例的资信评估方法及实现技术，为企业资信评估提供一个有效的支撑环境。基本方法是：以加权计分法为思想，定量部分运用规则计算，定性指标采用CBR进行分析，搜索出案例库中匹配的成功案例，辅助决策者快速准确地得出结论。首先阐述企业资信评估的内容和指标体系，接着提出基于CBR的资信评估系统的总体结构和工作流程，并对案例库子系统的实现技术进行了探讨。理论分析和实践表明，该系统可以克服传统评估方法的主观性和复杂性，是一种有效、可行的新方法。

Application of CBR in Enterprise Credit Rating System

According to the characteristics of enterprise credit rating, a case- based credit rating system and its method are proposed, offering an effective supporting environment for the credit rating of enterprise. The general process is: based on weight-computing, the score of quantitative indexes are computed by specified rule and formula, the qualitative indexes refer to the matched cases in the case-base, thus helps the decision maker to get a good conclusion promptly. The content and indexes of credit rating are presented firstly, then the general structure and working flow of CBR credit rating system are provided. Finally some critical techniques for realizing the system are discussed. Theoretical analysis and practice show that the CBR system can reduce the subjective and complexity in previous methods. It is an appropriate and practical new method.
