| 摘 要： | 利用图像处理技术以及神经网络技术对汽车牌照自动识别系统进行研究。在所摄的含有车牌的汽车照片中,先获取车牌位置,再把车牌的各个字符分割,提取出各个字符的特征,再利用BP神经网络进行识别,从而获取车牌号码。

| Abstract: | Introduce a system in which technology of image processing and network of neurons has been applied to recognize the vehicle license plates. In the photo of vehicle where the license plates is involved, after making sure of the location of vehicle license plates, characters in the vehicle license plates are divided. Then, features of all characters has been drawn out and BP neural networks have been used to recognize all the characters, so the numbers of vehicle license plates are captured. |
