| 摘 要： | 主要针对长江航道局信息管理系统在软件开发过程中需求变化快、周期长,需求跟踪管理难度较大的特点,运用软件能力成熟度模型(CMM,Capability Maturity Model)思想实现该项目的需求过程管理,达到了提高项目开发效率的目的。
