摘 要: | 为了解决燃气壁挂炉在大面积采暖时出现的供暖温度差异,从安全可靠的角度出发,提出模组壁挂炉温度协同控制方案。通过增设2个逻辑开关,由公共显示面板以轮询的方式每隔4s 依次与多个壁挂炉的控制主板完成数据交互,实现模组壁挂炉的协同控制。经实验测试,4台壁挂炉同时在线时,能按照供暖需求富裕和最长工作时间优先停机原则完成协同控制,系统基本完成预期目标。

Abstract: | In order to solve the wall-mounted gas boiler heating temperature difference in large heating area,a plan of multiple wall-mounted boiler temperature coordinated control is put forward from the perspective of safe and reliability.The coordinated control is real-ized by adding two logical switchers.The public display board will complete the data interaction with the multiple control main board of wall-mounted boiler one by one in every 4 seconds.The experiment test results show that the system can complete coordinated control according to the principle of heating demand rich and preference downtime with longest work time when the 4 wall-mounted boiler are online at the same time.The system basically completes the expected goal. |
