摘    要:处理器之间快速、正确的通信是构建多处理器系统的关键。本文以MPC860T与TMS320VC5402为例,讨论了双处理器系统通过DSP的HPI口进行通信连接的硬件和软件设计方案。这类双处理器系统能充分发挥DSP的数据处理能力和MPC860T的通信控制能力,在网络安全产品开发中具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:In a multi-processor system, it is crucial to accomplish quick and correct communication. Taking dual CPU system as an example, this paper discusses the software and hardware design method to connect TMS320VC5402 and MPC860T through HPI. This kind of system utilizes not only the data processing ability of DSP, but also the communication and control ability of MPC860T. It has certain practical value in developing network security products.
