| 摘 要： | 介绍了以基于ARM9的微控制器S3C2410为核心，以GPRS无线通信模块、微控制器与GPRS的连接模块、数据存储模块为扩展外围的硬件平台．在此硬件平台上移植了WINCE操作系统，并通过集成开发环境（IDE）Platfrm Builder平台进行应用开发。在软件设计上详细描述了具体实现流程，并对接收短信、发送短信、打电话、接电话的无线通信功能做了详尽规期和实现。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the hardware platform,which uses MCU of chip S3C2410 based on ARM9 as the control center, and uses GPRS wireless communication module,connection module of MCU and GPRS and data memory module as the extension peripheries.The operating system of WINCE is transplanted in this hardware platform,and the wireless communication function is implemented. |
