基于STM8的热膜式流量计信号处理和自动标定系统

摘    要:热膜式空气流量计具有尺寸小、灵敏性好、可靠性高、响应时间短等优点。它采用热膜传感单元与外围电路协同工作的模式。采用stm8l151单片机为核心的数字化电路能够很好的控制热膜上加热器的工作温度,将热膜产生的信号进行滤波和放大。配合采用LabVIEW编制的上位机控制界面,实现流量计的快速自动标定。

Abstract:The advantages of hot-film air flow sensor are small size, high sensitivity, high safely and reliability, short response time, which has a hybrid electric circuit structure. The core of external circuit is STM8L151. The single chip controls the temperature of heater efficiently and filters and amplifies the signals which on the hot-film. The computer interface made on LabVIEW, make the calibration fast and automatically.
