全IP业务卫星资源分配策略的设计实现

基于IP应用中请分配机制的频分多址（FDMA）／按需分配方式（DAMA）卫星系统，如何定义资源的分配策略是1个难题。先简单介绍卫星系统技术体制、以及组网应用方式，然后为网管中心提出1套含应用业务类型定义、业务申请识别、卫星资源池定义策略在内的卫星资源使用策略方案。最后结合实际应用测试，说明该策略方案的工作效果。

Design and Realization of Satellite Resource Assigning Strategy on Full IP Operation

For the Frequency Division Multiple Access （FDMA）/Demand Assigned Multiple Access （DAMA） satellite, the feature is that the demand and assigning system is based on IP application, it is a hard problem to design the satellite resource assigning strategy. At first, for this satellite system, this paper introduces simply the communication technical system and the way of how to compose and use the network. Then, for the net management center of satellite system, this paper provides a satellite resource assigning strategy project, which consists of operation type definition and operation demand identification and satellite resource pool definition strategy. At last, by combining with actual apphcation tests, this paper shows the working effect of this strategy project in the satellite system.
