摘    要:介绍一种超细线拉丝机自动控制系统。该系统通过测速传感器进行转速测量,然后利用PLC进行数值运数和数字PI调节,且通过PLC的PWM输出功能以控制变频器的运行频率,实现对收丝速度的调节,达到理想的张力控制要求。

Abstract:An automatic control system for drawing machine of ultra fine wire is introduced. The revolution speed is measured by a trans ducer and the values are calculated and PI controlled by PLC. In addition, the operating frequency of the frequency converter is controlled by the PWM output function of the PLC. Thus the adjutment of the drawing speed is implemented and the desired tension is accom plished.
