摘    要:由于现有系统仅对电表数据进行读取操作,存在成本较高和耗时较长的问题,为此对单相智能多用户远程预付费控系统优化设计进行研究。选择电能表子系统作为优化对象,选取78K0527A微控制器作为电能表子系统的控制核心,采用具备SPI接口的ATT7053A芯片作为单相多功能计量芯片,并在220V的高压线路下保障采样值在专用计量芯片信号处理的范围之内,实现电能表的正常运作。在硬件设计的基础上,设计电能表子系统主程序、电能数据计量与处理程序以及用电数据存储程序,实现用电数据的存储、写人与保存等功能,完成对单相智能多用户远程预付费控系统的优化。试验结果表明:运用优化系统后,电费催收成本得到了明显降低,且用时得到了降低,其所用时间最高值仅为44s,充分说明优化系统的经济效益较高,能够为电力企业的经营管理与发展提供保障,适合大力推广使用。

Abstract:Because the existing system only reads the meter data,there are problems of high cost and long time.Therefore,a single-phase intelligent multi-user remote prepayment control system optimization design study is proposed.Select the energy meter subsystem as the optimization object,select the 78KO527A microcontroller as the control core of the energy meter subsystem,use the ATT7053A chip with SPI interface as a single-phase multi-function measurement chip,and ensure that the sampling value is dedicated under 220 V high voltage within the scope of the signal processing of the metering chip,the normal operation of the eletric energy meter is realized.On the basis of hardware design,the main program,data measurement and processing program and data storage program of the power meter subsystem are designed to realize the storage,writing and saving of power data,and optimize the single-phase intelligent multi-user remote prepayment control system.The experimental results show that:after using the optimized system,the cost of electricity charge collection has been significantly reduced,and the time consumption has been reduced,and the maximum time used is only 44 s.It fully shows that the economic benefit of the optimized system is high,which can provide guarantee for the operation,management and development of electric power enterprises,and is suitable for popularization.
