钢瓶检验数据自动化采集系统的设计

摘    要:压缩天然气钢瓶检验对天然气能源的应用和发展尤为重要.研究设计了基于监视与控制通用系统MCGS组态软件的天然气钢瓶检验监控设备,重点介绍了钢瓶检验原理、系统硬件组成及软件设计.通过对钢瓶各检验项目进行监测,可以实时监控检验流程、检验压力/温度等参数,得到检验结果.该系统在技术和经济上满足钢瓶检验的要求,提高了检验结果的准确性和检验过程的安全性.
