基于模糊PID控制的生物发酵温度过程控制系统

摘    要:根据生物发酵过程中温度的特性,采用模糊PID控制算法对发酵过程中温度进行自动控制,并利用MATLAB的Simulink和Fuzzy工具对模糊PID温度过程控制进行了仿真。实际运行结果表明:与常规PID控制相比,该方法提高了控制精度并减少了静态误差,缩短了调节过程时间,使发酵温度更有效地保持在生物发酵的最适范围,从而提高了产物产量,表明了模糊PID的优越性。

Abstract:According to the temperature characteristic in the biology fermentation process, the temperature in the fermentation process was automatically controlled by the fuzzy-PID control algorithm, and the fuzzy-PID progress control system was simulated by Simulink and Fuzzy of MATLAB. Its application in actual device shows that, comparing normal PID control, the method has effectively kept the fermentation temperature in an optimum biology fermentation range, which increasing the control precision, reducing the static error and the adjustment process time, and displayed the Fuzzy PID merit.
