手持式智能色度色差仪的设计

摘    要:针对涂料油漆、纺织印染等相关行业对控制产品的质量要求,结合新型集成色彩传感器TCS-230的特点,设计制造了手持式智能色度色差仪。该仪器采用光学积分球测量光路,使用集成型色彩传感器TCS-230进行色彩数据采样;同时利用单片机技术,将采集数据经过背景光扣除、标准色彩数据存储、样本色彩数据比对、函数插值、多项式求解等处理环节得到色度色差值,并将该值显示在LCD中。这些技术的应用使仪器达到了操作简便化、校准智能化的效果;与台式精密色度色差仪相比,它具有结构简单、成本低廉的特点。
