基于支持向量机的预测函数控制

摘    要:针对化工过程存在的强非线性生产过程,提出了基于支持向量机技术预测模型的预测函数控制方法。利用支持向量回归的方法对非线性过程进行建模,采用预测函数控制方法进行控制。针对具有强非线性连续搅拌反应釜过程进行仿真,仿真结果表明:支持向量机的建模方法可以有效地解决强非线性的化工过程的建模问题,并且具有较好的泛化能力,基于这种预测模型的预测函数控制具有较好的控制性能和良好的跟踪能力及抗干扰能力。

Abstract:A new predictive functional control based on support vector machine is presented for the strong nonlinear industrial process in chemical industry. The support vector regression method is used for modeling the nonlinear process, and the predictive functional control method is used to control. The simulation result for a continuously stirring tank reactor process shows that the modeling method of support vector machine is effective to establish the model of nonlinear process and offers good capability of generalization. Predictive functional control based on the predictive model shows satisfactory control performance, tracking and anti-interference capabilities.
