基于虚拟仪器的汽车中央集控器测试系统开发

摘    要:为了提高汽车中央集控器的产品测试效率,利用虚拟仪器技术,并采用模块化方法,开发了汽车中央集控器测试系统。主要介绍了该系统的测试原理、测试硬件组成和软件功能模块。该测试系统以工控机为硬件核心,以数据采集卡作为I/O设备,以Lab-W indows/CVI为开发软件。产品样件测试结果表明,该系统通用性好、测试精度高、测试速度快。该自动测试系统的实现满足了汽车中央集控器生产厂家的测试需要,达到了预期设计要求。

Abstract:Using the technology of virtual-instrument and the method of modularization, an automatic testing equipment for the centralized controllers used in automobiles is presented, in order to improve the test efficiency of the central controller products. The testing principle, system architecture of hardware and software are presented. The whole test system uses industrial PC as the core hardware, data acquisition cards as the I/O device, and LabWindows/CVI as the development software. Test of sample controllers demonstrates that it provides the test system with good compatibility, high accuracy and quick speed. The realization of the automatic test system meets the requirement of centralized controller manufacturers, and obtains the anticipated design demand.
