摘    要:为解决铅、锌冶炼中烟气治理与生产之间的协调问题,采用FF和Profibus现场总线和先进的系统软件开发了基于DeltaV搭建的信息化管理系统。详细分析丁信息化管理系统的控制策略及其功能模块,并介绍了生产优化调度技术和系统软件设计及DeltaV系统的开发应用经验。经烟气治理工程的运行实践表明,该信息化管理系统的检测和控制达到了国际先进水平。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of coordinating the production of lead and zinc and flue gas control, the information management system based on DehaV has been developed by using Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus and advanced system software, The control strategy of information management system and its function blocks are analyzed in detail. The production optimization dispatching technology and the design of system software as well as the experience of development and application of DeltaV system are introduced. The practice of the project of controlling the flue gas shows that the functions of detecting and control of the information management system reachs advanced international level.
