摘    要:对以太网在执行机构控制系统中的应用作了实践性研究。首先简要介绍了执行机构以太网控制系统的概况,并根据其通信特点制订出简明、实用的通信协议。然后以80C196MC作为执行机构控制单元,介绍了协议的硬件和软件实现和上层控制软件的设计。最后,在实际设备上做了通信试验,结果表明此系统完全可行。研究结果表明:以太网可以成功地运用于执行机构的集中管理控制,是一种较为先进的控制方式。

Abstract:The application of Ethernet in actuator control system is studied with practice. Firstly, the generalization of the actuator control system is introduced briefly; and a concise, useful communication protocol is made out according to its features. Then, using 80C 196MC as an actuator control unit, the hardware and software implementation of protocol and design of software in host computer are introduced. Finally, the communication experiment is tested between actual devices; the result proves its feasibility. The study results show that Ethernet can be successfully applied in centralized management control of actuators. It is a more advanced control method.
