核电厂数字化仪控系统测试综述

摘    要:仪控系统(I&C)是核电厂的“神经系统”,它对于核电厂的安全运行至关重要.数字化对核电厂I&C提出了新的要求.通过对核电厂数字化I&C测试的研究,指出了核电厂数字化I&C测试的重要性和作用,并对测试分级进行了简单分析.主要论述了核电厂数字化仪控系统测试的要求和原则、测试规范和计划、测试内容和流程、测试记录和报告以及测试问题和处理.合理的I&C测试可以有效提高I&C的可靠性,降低其设计、制造、安装和调试等的成本.

Summary of the Tests for Digitized Instrumentation and Control Systems in Nuclear Power Plant
Abstract:Instrumentation and control system(I&C) is the "neural system" that is very important to manage safety operation for nuclear power plant.Digitalization brings new requirements for I&C,in nuclear power plant.Through researching the tests of digitized I&C,the importance and effects of the tests are pointed out,and the leveling of the tests is analyzed in brief.The requirements and criteria of the tests,test specification and plan,testing contents and procedures,test records and reports as well as the problems in testing and solutions for I&C are expounded emphatically.Reasonable tests can effectively enhance the reliability of I&C,reduce their costs in design,manufacture,installation and commissioning stages.
