沼气生物脱硫技术监控系统

以往沼气脱硫大多采用物理、化学法,这种方法存在能耗高、处理费用昂贵等不足,为此提出了沼气生物脱硫技术监控系统.系统采用西门子S7-300系列PLC,实现数据记录、调节、参数修改和实时控制;同时,通过VPN技术与企业生产管理实现远程实时监控.多个项目的现场实践应用表明,该系统现场设备运行稳定、维护调试方便,为目前逐步推广的生物沼气脱硫技术提供了借鉴.

Biogas Desulphurization Technology and Its Monitoring and Control System
