智能干湿球相对湿度传感器的设计

摘    要:针对现有智能干湿球法测湿传感器影响因素考虑不够全面、功能设计不够灵活等问题,在精确界定测湿系数和风速、环境温度的基础上,提出了一种新的智能干湿球相对湿度传感器的设计方案。从误差控制角度选择该传感器合适的组成器件,并对干湿球温度和大气压进行高精度测量,同时将新型智能干湿球湿度传感器的测量范围扩展到0~80℃。理论分析表明,该传感器的温度稳定判别和容差等功能设置加强了智能干湿球湿度传感器的可操作性,其扩展不确定度高于现有水平。
