现代集成制造系统中的制造执行系统

在分析企业的自动化孤岛和信息孤岛的基础上，引出了MES的需求必要性。根据MES系统在现代集成制造系统（CIMS，contemporary integrated manufacturing systems）三层体系结构中的定位和作用，首先介绍了MES的一般基础集成模型及其与CIMS中其他信息系统间的关系，在此基础上强调了MES与CIMS中其他信息系统间集成的作用，并给出以MES为中心的整体信息集成所面临的主要问题和相应的解决措施，最后简单介绍了MES的发展状况和趋势。

Manufacturing Execution System in CIMS

On the basis of analysis of isolated island of automation and isolated island of information in enterprises, the necessity of the demand to MES is introduced. In accordance with the position and function of MES in the three-layer architecture of CIMS, the generic basic integrated model and the relationship between MES and the other information systems in CIMS are presented. On this basis, the function of MES in integration of all the information systems in CIMS is emphasized. The major issues and solutions of integration with MES as the core are given. Finally, the developing status and trend of MES are introduced in brief.
