摘    要:根据风能具有随机性和间歇性的特点,分析了大容量风电并网对电网运行造成的影响.针对风电场容量可信度低、大型风电容量计算难的问题,在保证系统安全运行的前提下,建立了基于模拟植物生长算法理论的风电并网容量的优化分析模型.该模型引入了风电的发电能力约束,考虑了风电场减出力控制措施的影响因素,在IEEE 39节点系统的风电并网容量计算中得以运用.试验证明该模型正确,适用于不确定的应用环境.
