摘    要:基于超声波技术的检测方法,通常需要精确地测量超声波在介质中的传播时间。针对超声波无损压力检测技术,开发了一种采用回振法测量超声波传播时间的装置。测量时,装置中接收探头检测到的信号通过门电路输出并再次触发发射探头。为提高测量的稳定性和灵敏度,装置采用了稳定性好的电路。实验结果表明,使用该装置可以探测到0.5ns的超声波传播时间变化量。

Abstract:The measurement and inspection methods based on ultrasonic technology usually request accurate measuring the propagation time of ultrasonic wave in media. In accordance with the technology of ultrasonic nondestructive pressure measurement, a sing-around device was developed for measuring the propagation time of ultrasonic wave. In measurement, the signal received by the receiving probe is output through the gate circuit and then re-triggers the transmitting probe. In order to enhance the stability and sensitivity, highly stable circuits are adopted in the device. The results of experiment show that by using this device, 0.5ns of time change of propagation can be detected.
