连铸结晶器振动在线监测系统的研制

摘    要:在连铸生产过程中,为了精确调节结晶器振动参数、提高钢坯质量,利用加速度信号的双重积分获得结晶器振动参数的方法,研制了连铸结晶器实时在线监测系统。该系统实现了对结晶器振动性能指标的自动检测。试验及现场应用表明,该监测系统可对结晶器产生偏振以及不按照非正弦规律振动等现象进行精确监测,能够满足连铸生产现场的监测要求。
