Abstract:The piezoelectric vibration energy harvester based on the environmental energy collection provides a solution to the long-term power supply to wireless sensor and micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS).Currently developed piezoelectric vibration energy harvester encounters problems of high frequency and narrow frequency band.A piezoelectric vibration energy harvester working at low frequencies and the broadband frequency environment is presented,and a test system is built to analyze the test device.The permanent magnet is placed on the piezoelectric cantilever to replace the traditional mass,and a couple of permanent magnets is also placed on the upper and above of the piezoelectric cantilever respectively.Experiment is carried out under the 0.5 gn acceleration on the piezoelectric cantilever(length 40 mm,width 8 mm,thickness 0.8 mm).The results show that the effective frequency band is 80 ~100 Hz above peak voltage of 10V,which enlarges 5 Hz compares with the traditional non-magnetic piezoelectric vibration energy harvester.
