基于ARM的钢丝绳检测系统研究

摘    要:针对目前钢丝绳检测过程中存在细小钢丝绳易漏检,现场走绳速度变化影响检测结果等缺陷,采用S3C2410处理器设计了基于ARM的钢丝绳检测系统,详细分析了系统的检测原理、硬件结构以及软件设计方案.实际应用表明:该系统检测准确可靠,缺陷分辨力强,安装操作简便,同时适应走绳速度不均匀等环境较为恶劣的现场使用.

Abstract:Aimed at the shortcomings of steel wire rope detection,including mis-detection of tiny steel wire rope,and detection result is influenced by the change of rope moving speed.A new steel wire rope detection system is designed using ARM S3C2410 processor.The detection principle,hardware structure and software design of the system are introduced in detail.The actual application shows that the system is easy to use,reliable.It has advantage of high resolution.It is suitable for the bad environments of steel wire rope moving in uniform speed.
