干涉型光纤微弱磁场传感系统换能器的设计

摘    要:通过理论分析与实验比较,为干涉型光纤微弱磁场传感系统的换能器提出了一体化的设计方法。分析了干涉型光纤微弱磁场传感系统的基本工作原理和影响换能器性能的主要因素,对传统高灵敏度的换能器结构进行了改进,并进行一体化设计。实验结果表明:该一体化的换能器,相对传统换能器而言,具有更高的灵敏度和更好的方向性,并具有隔音和防振效果。采用该换能器的传感系统工作稳定,对被测磁场具有非常好的线性响应。

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental comparison, a compact design method for transducers of fiber-optic low-intensity interferometric magnetometers is presented. The fundamentals of the fiberoptic interferometric magnetometer and figures out the main factors limiting its performance are analysed. Transducer structure are improved. Experimental results proved that the transducer has higher sensitivity and better directivity than the traditional transducer. The system can work stably and provide linear output to the measured magnetic field.
