摘    要:提出一种基于工业数字摄像的扭矩测量方法,通过CCD工业相机采集轴表面应变前后的图像信号,并对两图像信号进行二维的相关计算和基于梯度法的亚像素位移计算,得到轴表面的应变位移量,进而计算出扭矩。设计了与电阻应变法测扭矩的对比实验,并进行了误差分析。实验结果表明:数字工业摄像的扭矩测量系统精度高,并且系统结构简单,能够适用于轴面微小形变位移的测量。

Abstract:A torque measurement method based on digital industrial photogrammetry is proposed. Image signals of shaft surface before and after strain are collected by CCD industrial camera;and two-dimensional correlation calculation and sub-pixel displacement calculation based on gradient method are carried out on two images signals and strain displacement on surface of shaft is obtained,then the torque can be calculated. Experiment compared with resistance strain gauge method is designed,and error analysis are carried out. Experimental results show that torque measuring system based on the digital industrial photogrammetry has high precision,and the system structure is simple,it can be applied to small deformation displacement measurement of shaft surface.
