摘    要:传统的非接触线阵电荷耦合器件(CCD)测量系统,在速度和精度上都无法满足现代测量的要求。提出了以数字信号处理器(DSP)作为信号处理器,以复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)作为时序发生器,结合高速ADC和先进先出(FIFO)存储器的新测量方法。重点介绍了CPLD配合DSP进行高效、灵活的采集控制部分。实验表明:该系统高效、稳定。

Abstract:The traditional non-contact measurement system by linear CCD is unable to satisfy modern demands on speed and precision.A new measurement method is introduced,which the DSP works as signal processor,the CPLD works as timing generator,with high-speed ADC and FIFO.The cottrol part that the CPLD works with DSP to carry the efficient and flexible data acquisition is introduced in detail.The experiments show the system is efficiently and stability.
