摘    要:针对地铁车辆对地铁转向架动态性能测试的要求,给出了一种无需校正位移传感器、压力传感器零点的一系悬挂装置的阻尼比系数和刚度的动态测试方案,并且基于PXI总线多功能数据采集卡PXI6070E和图形化编程语言Labview7.0,成功地实现了该方案,有效地避免了现场校零的繁琐调试过程,大大地提高了测试精度,为地铁安全、高效运营奠定了基础。

Abstract:Aimed at the need of the dynamic test system about the metro bogie,a kind of dynamic test scheme about the damping to coefficient,rigidity of the first systematic hookup of the metro bogie,which does not need to correct the zero point of displacement sensor and pressure sensor is given,and this scheme has been succeeded about the multifunction data acquisition board PXI6070E and the graphic programming language (Labview7.0)which are based on PXI bus.The one has avoided to return to zero on the scene effectively,and improved the accuracy of testing greatly.The foundation for running safely,high-efficiently in the subway is established.
