摘    要:智能传感器的设计是网络控制系统设计的重要内容。在工业以太网TCP/IP模型中,可以应用协议复用和跨层技术。基于复用和跨层技术,介绍了智能传感器的硬件和软件设计的过程。通过复用技术的应用,实现了传输层的多种协议的复用和分用;通过跨层技术的应用,实现了UDP/TCP协议在智能传感器这类现场设备中的应用。通过实验,对UDP/TCP的实时性能和复用效果进行了测试和比较,说明了复用的可行性和不同协议下实时性能的差异性,同时也说明了智能传感器设计的可行性和正确性。

Abstract:Design of the intelligent sensor is an important job of the networked control system.The technologies of multiplex and cross-lays are applied in the model of TCP/IP,based on which the design method and process of intelligent sensor are presented.With the technology of multiplex,multi-protocols of transfer lay are achieved.With the technology of cross-lays,the applications of UDP/TCP are achieved in a field device called intelligent sensor,which is usually used among computers.In the experiment,tests and comparisons are done for the real-time property and multiplex effect of UDP/TCP,which show the feasibility of multiplex and the difference of the real-time property with different protocols.And it also confirms the feasibility and validity of the designed method.
