ZnO-WO_3纳米复合氧化物的气敏性能研究

摘    要:以纳米ZnO为原料掺入4种质量分数的纳米WO3,经不同温度烧结制作了ZnO-WO3纳米复合氧化物气敏元件,讨论了掺杂质量分数和烧结温度对材料的相组分和气敏性能的影响。研究表明:Zn-W-O敏感体系中,WO3等辅相对材料气敏性能的影响十分明显,与纯纳米ZnO比较,450℃烧结、掺入质量分数为30%的WO3的敏感材料对200×10-6体积分数的乙醇和苯的灵敏度分别达到150和16。由于WO3与ZnO的酸碱中心相互催化作用,致使ZnO-WO3复合氧化物有着优异的敏感性能。

Abstract:Gas-sensing components based on ZnO-WO_3 nano-composites are fabricated by doping with four kinds of quality fraction nano-WO_3 into nano-ZnO at various sintering temperature.The effects of doping quality fraction and sintering temperature on phase ingredient and gas sensitivity are studied.It is found that the effect of subordinate phases such as WO_3 on gas sensitivity in the Zn-W-O sensing material is dominant;and comparing to pure nano-ZnO,the sensitivity of the Zn-W-O sensing material doping quality fraction with 30 % weight percentage of WO_3 sintered at 450 ℃,is up to 150 and 16 separately to 200×10~(-6) volume fraction of ethanol and benzene.Sensitivities are remarkably enhanced by the interactive catalysis of the acid core and alkali core between WO_3 and ZnO.
