| 摘 要： | 针对一般粮食烘干和加工过程中的料位测量问题,提出了一种新型的电容式料位传感器设计方法,通过该传感器的测量原理及其结构的分析,设计出了以新型单片机ADμC812为核心的传感器测量电路。工程实践证明,这种传感器结构简单,测量准确度高,工作稳定可靠,适应性强,能在恶劣环境中工作。

Design of new capacitive material level transducer |

| Abstract: | ?For the material level measurement of grain manufacture,a method of designing new type of capacitive material level transducer is introduced in this paper,and the hardware is designed which the new type of single chip processor ADμC812 is applied.The experiments in application show that the transducer is proved to be excellently designed and has high precision and stable performance,and it is qualified for application of practical projects in wretched circumstance. |
