摘    要:基于压电效应开发的用于发动机羽流力/力矩测量系统,对其进行在线标定是需点解决的技术难题之一.针对立式结构的羽流力/力矩测量系统,选择液压力源配合标准力传感器的加载方式,设计了具备远程操作、在线标定、实时校准功能的标定平台.分析了六维力标定的加载方法以及加载力与传感器受力之间的关系,建立了六维力加载力学模型.对测试系统进行静态标定试验,得到了压电式六维力传感器各分量的线性拟合直线方程.试验表明:该六维力标定系统稳定、可靠,具有精度高、操作简便、对环境影响小等优点.

Abstract:Plume force/torque measuring system based on piezoelectric effect.Online calibration of testing system is one of serious problems which are needed to solve.In view of vertical structure of plume force/torque test system,calibration system as core with hydraulic pressure source coordinated by standard force sensor is designed.Calibration platform which can remotely operate,on line calibrate real-time and real time adjust.Analyze load method for six dimensional force calibration and relationship between loading force and force of sensor.Six dimensional force loading mechanical model is established.Static calibration experiment is carried out in test system,obtain six-axis force/torque sensor linear fitting equation of straight line.Experiments show that the six axis force calibration system owns a great many advantages of stability and reliability,high precision,simple operation,little impact on environment,and so on.
