高精度微弱信号检测装置设计

摘    要:为了更好地提取被强噪声淹没的微弱信号,适应工业发展的需求,结合实际项目,利用同步外差技术设计了一个以STM32F107VC微处理器为控制单元,以MC1496为检测核心的微弱信号检测装置,从设计的微弱信号检测装置的检测精度要求出发,分析检测装置误差来源,并提出减小误差的解决方案,通过实测的数据进行了验证,实验结果表明:该装置可以实现对不同频率信号的识别和检测,具有很高的精度.

Abstract:In order to extract weak signals from the strong noise better and to meet the needs of industrial development,practical projects utilizing the technology of synchronous heterodyne,design a weak signal detection device based on STM32F107VC microcontroller as the control unit and MC1496 as the core of detection.According to the requirement of the detection precision of the weak signal detection device,analyze error sources of the detection device and propose the solution to reduce error.It is verified by the measured data.The experimental results show that the device can realize the identification and detection of different frequency signals and it has high precision.
