摘    要:实际工程结构大且复杂,螺钉数目较多,失效模式增多且易发生混叠。针对现有的监测方法不能完全满足实际工程需要的问题,提出了有效的循环激励—依次传感方案,并建立了铝板结构中的验证系统,基于主动监测技术,采用模式识别方法实现结构上数目较多的螺钉松动判别。通过系统集成和网络通信与控制,实现远程实时螺钉松动监测系统。

Abstract:The monitoring methods existed cannot satisfy the need of actual project completely since the actual structure is large and complex which causes the patterns confuse.And so circular actuating-receiving technology is proposed and verifying system on a aluminum structure is established.Based on active monitoring technology,pattern recognition method is used to realize bolt loose monitoring.Then a real-time long-distance bolt loose monitoring system is achieved by system integration and network communication and control.
