微型涂丝膜pH传感器的研制

摘    要:制备一种可供活体测量的针状微型pH传感器。以高纯度Pt丝为基体,PVC为载体,α—萘胺为活性物质,THF为溶剂制成涂丝H+离子选择性电极。该电极在pH=2~11范围内成良好的线性响应,平均响应斜率为48mV/pH,抗干扰能力强,相对标准偏差在2%以内,响应时间小于10 s。其针状结构在在体测量中应用方便。

Abstract:A syringe needle pH sensor for in vivo measurement is studied.The H+ion-selective coated wire electrode is made of the matrix of simple metal,the carrier of PVC,the active substance of α-naphthylamine and solvent of THF.The electrode possesses a wide linear pH response range form 2 to 11,average slope of 48mV/pH,good stability and reproducibility,relative standard deviation is within 2% and response time is within 10s.The syringe needle structure is convenient to be used to monitor in vivo.
