摘    要:在发动机告警系统中,由于控制器和底层传感器/执行器之间的连接形式复杂多样,导致了确定故障位置困难、系统安装和维护难、成本高。针对以上问题,设计了一种基于AS-i总线的发动机告警系统。系统由电源模块、AS-i主站和AS-i从站组成,采用AS-i总线将各个模块和底层传感器/执行器连接起来,并由两根AS-i电缆完成系统供电和数据传输。通过软件对系统的性能进行了实验。实验结果表明:该系统通信可靠、安装和维护简单、成本低,有利于实现底层设备连接的标准化。

Design of engine alerting system based on AS-i bus
Abstract:In engine alerting system,for the complex and variation of connection form between controller and bottom sensors/actuators,it is difficult to identify fault positions,installation and maintenance of this system are also difficult and high cost. Aiming at these problems,an engine alerting system based on AS-i bus is designed. The system is constituted of power supply,an AS-i master and several AS-i slaves. Two AS-i cables are applied for power supply and data transmission. By software,the performance of the system is tested. The result of test shows that,communication of this system is reliable and its installation and maintenance is easy,low cost,which is beneficial to connection standardization of bottom device.
